West Michigan Heated Storage
 

I have 15,000 square feet of heated storage space available for boats, rv's,travel trailers and pwc. 6 months rent available starting october 1. $15 a running foot which will include trailer and outdrives. I may be interested, I have a 38 PQ and live in Zeeland.

Couple of questions,
1. I really don't want the boat out of storage until first of May, is that a problem?

2. Will there be other owners in the building working on their boats,etc or does it remain closed up?

I should be able to store boats there till may, unless a long tem tenant comes along.The building will be available for storage only. Thanks Steve.
