I have got a price from Markel for 9500.00, i was only paying 1750.00 for the same coverage with jefferson 2 years ago!!! There has to be an ins. company that will insure us cat guys for less some where i hope.

hi mark, i am from jersey, boat mostly in the upper chesapeak, south jersey shore, and i am planning to go to florida this year for the key west poker run!

What about your boat? Who do you use for insurance and is your boat together and running.

Still working on the plans for FL this winter and want to make it. Expresscat39's boat is 99% done. I am towing his cat and my truck will be in Ft. Meyers Beach this winter. Key West is coming fast and no firm plans yet. Hope to meet you there. I was in the Hudson in June this summer for the NYPR. Where you there?
