Who builds the best(most reliable) 540 tall deck? I may be looking for a set of long blocks shortly....any suggestions?

In your neck of the woods, Pro Marine or Zul off the top of my head. I've also heard good things about Kurt Marine.

Sean...give a call to Blue Lightning in Cos Cob, CT. DJD had really good things to say about them.

You being from Long Island, the only person I would highly recommend is Richie Zul. He did our 540 last winter great guy to do business with.

DME, Dorr's Marine Engines in Windham Maine. I could not be happier with mine.

Tim Dorr is the most meticulous man in the field. Not one engine failure all season.

His shop is spotless and he wrote the book on customer service.

Give him a call @207-892-5145
