'04 Powerquest 260 - deal!?
Ok guys, found a dealer with two of these in stock, same options, different graphics, $80k list (w/o trailer). How much out the door? Want to make the deal happen this week, so any info anyone has would be great! :)
Thanks! -Mark- |

Mid 50's and no higher than 60 would be a good deal. Low 50's is killer!

What's up Trout, you have stock in PQ!? hehe :D
Ok, so $50k-$55k is the ballpark then... I was thinking about $55k with trailer... Thanks for the info, any other buyers with some knowledge, keep it coming. (Hope to come home with a new boat this weekend!) |
Re: '04 Powerquest 260 - deal!?
That's about what I was thinking too, but I had heard that 30-35% might not be hard to get, (considering stock and time of year) so I figure I'd start there and see where it goes... :)

Do you have to have new? Jan here on OSO has a very, very nice one in the classifieds here on OSO, White, Yellow, and Green, and recently upgraded by PQ at the factory.Jan's PQ

Sydwayz is right, I hitched a ride with Jan last week, that is one sweet ride and one low price.

Re: '04 Powerquest 260 - deal!?
FWIW, I paid $53K on a leftover 1999 280 in Feb 2000; list price was in the high 80's low 90's (can't remember now). If you've got cash in hand you're in the drivers seat...

Sydwayz~
Yeah, gotta have new... at least in this price range. Now, if I was looking for say... a 36 Glad., Spitfire might be gettin' a call. The only used boat I (ever)bought was the '04 18 Donzi Classic I just picked up this summer, 27 hours and not a nick or mark on it, (the owner was crazy-neat), and the price was sooo right. Plus the only stipulation on this one is, my wife wants a windshield and this one has one. It's an '04 Legend SX, loaded up nice, great graphics, yada yada. Retail is right at $80k, (trailer extra) will be cash-in-hand so we'll see just how much they want to deal. |
