Looking for a single engine no more then 2-3 years old or even a new one under $75,000 if possible, not so much the fastest thing but one that rides smooth and is built well thanks

I would look at a 271 Formula. I had a 98 with a 502 mag. Great boat, good build quality. It ran low to mid 60 mph range.

well, there are some boats that are like 28.3, 28.8 would these qualify ?? because you really cant beat the ride of some of these boats..

you can buy some of these boats brand new with mild 496 H.O. power, I presonally like Baja's and would go with a new or 1 year old 275. 65 mph, standard cabin, very nice features such as drop bolsters, pop up cleats, anchor locker, and so on.. gotta decide, do you want a used older custom, or a new production ?? family orientated or high performance orientated and how important is the cabin ??

Do the 26's do this also???, I thought that was the 28??? I have only seen a few up close, and ran with one at WOT(he was trying to keep up, didnt look like it porpoised to me??? Was very impressive with a single 502EFI, and great cabin room for its size, not a rocket, but seemed very solid.

well it could be over 28 feet but it will be my first boat so i would like single engine to keep costs down being first boat and all
