I noticed that the engine hatch was dingy and the props had a layer of salt crystallized on them like its been sitting in the water.
He was told the fountain was sold in Texas.
Thanks for any input

Re: Need info on National Liquidators??
Heres my 2 cents worth.
A friend of mine purchased a 89 10 meter Fountain twin 502 nice boat they asked 39,500.00 for the minimum bid and after he looked at it real good presented them with a bid of 25,000.00 AND GOT IT! he is pretty savy when it comes to performance boats and noticed the boat had some water in
the frt nose and fuel tank area and also 1 engine was a 502 and the other serialed back as a 454 (later found it to be modified to a 502)cleaned her up and has put another 8,000.00 into her (interior, trailer and little drive work)
cant beat that ...
MAYBE HE WAS LUCKY BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT...
The Cigarette you are looking at first listed at a bid of 175000.00 (I believe cant remember for sure but I was watching it for 4-5 weeks)then was pulled and the minimum bid started at 200,000.00 a few weeks later..they are not gonna get much action on that boat remember all the guys with money to buy that kind of boat are just waiting to see what is going to happen with all National Marines boats...
