Actually, due to some changes recently in the law regarding minimum mandatory sentencing Ben has a legitimate shot at getting released. The Supreme Court has made some radical departures from the guidelines.... Ben shall return!!!! (and he is pissed)

Which is based upon federal sentencing guidelines created by legislators of the executive branch thereby taking away the ability of federal judges who actually heard the fact to hand down proper sentences, or in recent cases for juries to make that decision..... (boy when Ben hears all the crap you guys have been talkin....)
