Offshore, the final domain of unlimited, run what ya brung, no rules, no excuses big time feed the need

I totally agree.... I got enough tickets to wall paper my bathroom when I was driving my Ferrari....... :hothead:

I completely agree w/ WW.
Since I've gotten the boat, I find myself abusing the speed limits alot less. Much more enjoyable, and safer on the water.
If you don't use it on the track, its pretty much a waste of a car.
The guy mentioned from Arkansas got the right idea. :D

I don't even drive the boat, but I would still prefer it over a fast car. There are speed limits on the roads, but not to many on the great lakes :D It seems like everyone prefers a boat on this thread but then we are offshore only, I wonder how this question would be ans. on a Porsche site :p Brandon which one did you get?

I agree with all above unless you have a track nearby that you can get some time on.........I used to ride my racebike on the street........was really a waste........couldnt even get the tires up to temp to do anything.......you could do some profilin', monster wheelies and some serious powerslides leaving big burn marks all over town but it gets old.......let alone the big paranoia rush that a cops going to see you every time you let it eat  .........you need access to a track with those cars.....doug

Here are some pics.

Do you now if he is part of the Wal-mart clan?

I saw a Mercedes SLR at my MB dealership the other day and had the same thoughts between that car and a boat...Msrp was $440k but asking price was $750k

I have already been through the car stage so for me it would be a boat if I had to choose :D

Yep, I agree also. Had 3 porsche's in my past. Now our roads are more crowded with cars, cops, and dump trucks. :(

No speed limits (yet) on our water way and the patrol is do busy chasing jet skis. :drink:
