More than likely it's the oil cooler, you need to pull the filter and the filter mount which is the cover of the oil cooler, there is a gasket and then the oil cooler element, factory manual says you can test the element by applying 70 PSI air pressure to check for leaks, if you install a new cooler don't forget to remove the shipping plugs before installing and then tighten the cover bolts back to 18 ft/lbs, to pull the cover off you will need to remove the turbocharger oil supply line, when reinstalling it torques to 11 ft/lbs. Might want to flush the cooling system also :D :D Good luck, Caleb |
