Don,
I wish you all the best in keeping this animal behind bars. A person who does something like this does not deserve to get out, ever. I want to remind California residents, that we have a ballot measure, Proposition 66, which attempts to severely weaken the "three strikes" law. 26,000 brutal criminals could be released into our neighborhoods if this law is passed. Even if you don't vote on anything else, please take a few minutes and go to the polls to vote "NO" on 66. Michael |

The Wichita hearing went very well today. Saw a Lot of people who I hadn't seen in awhile including my own ex step daughter! Met (more or less "remet") the man who actually found Nanner on his land and who really didn't wanna talk much for years. He's still shaken up but he did great today. He told me I can put up a Memorial or do anything I like on the land so I'm gonna start working on something hopefully as cool as Nanner deserves to put out there. Any ideas??? We turned in a little over 26,000 signatures. We don't and may not know how many were sent in to the State. I talked to the lady that runs that deal at todays hearing and she assured me there are so many they will get full attention. I told her if she could arrange it I would go to Topeka and count actual signatures if they would allow me to. I'll see her tomorrow in Topeka and since that's their home office I may get to find out something or atleast get it going. She says and I'm sure that they don't have someone to just sit down and count 'em.
Two down and One to go. And I think we're Way Ahead Thanks to many of you, Don |
