I was just going thru some OLD pics and found a photo of an orange 30 Scarab "Putt Putt". This picture is from the late 1970's at the Benihana Grand Prix. Was this your boat?

I remember the 32ft Cobra "Scorpio" S-113 as well......Al Direnzo out of Lodi, NJ owned and successfully raced the boat in Sport Class.

If you get a scanner I'd be happy to help you figure out how to post your pictures. Your special pictures should be saved as digital images to preserve them. The actual photographs will yellow with age but your digital files are there to produce a new photo from. Time won't effect them.
Besides that it's almost winter and we need good threads like this with lots of vintage pictures.

Charlie, thanks, I bought my 84 Coyote a about two years ago now and I love it! It loves rough water!! Please thank your father for the pioneering he and Jean Claude did over twenty years ago so I could enjoy their over twenty years later. Old cobra are still racing , I use my cobra38R in the UIM powerboat P1 championship
Powered by 2 BPM V12 engines and #3 SSM the boat is very fast in rough water
