Actually, I think that he got poofed as "docoke" and came back as "gluesniffer". Either way, he very much lived up (or down) to his name(s).

They were all just jealous 'cause I was gonna whip their collective supercharged butts with a normally-aspirated BatBoat.... :D

Absolutely not. We have had the priviledge of meeting some great people from Long Island @ NJPPC. Really great people with some really sweet boats. I'm glad that we keep in touch with so many! (Oz, Johny O, Wild Bill, Greg K., Wes, Enrico P, John Ruggeri, Pete Gerardi and many more...)

There seems to be a gene pool problem with a small group on the south shore (probably chemical waste - similar to the same small gene pool problem in NJ) that makes them the non-sportsman, non-articulate people that they are.

You know them - the ones slamming shots before a poker run, talking trash and drive by laughing as you sit there with your engine cover up trying to fix an issue.

We all know that they are the few and that they are the minority and not the majority. :D

I wonder if that might have been "DirtyDave", he was another piece of work who kept threatening everyone. Few things crack me up more than a "long distance" tough guy. Spend as much time as I did in the old ECHL then come back and talk to me. To quote our esteemed "Too Old", the guy was a total "knob". :D :D

Why don't we take some of your engine expertise and "whip up a little something" to put in my BatBoat? If it makes more than 800 hp, YOU have to drive. (I get dizzy over 120.)

Then we'll go hang out in South Bay and wait..... :D

Im going this Saturday just to check out the 115 mph single engine boats although I'll probably have the slowest 27 Activator there. I hope all the boats will be in slips for viewing.

Just curious how fast would the bat boat fly with say 950+hp?

I have seen 75 mph (radar) with 385 prop hp, 86 mph (radar) with 530 crank hp, and 92 (calibrated speedo) with 600 crank hp in mine.
I have heard of 108 (GPS) with 730 crank hp, and 107 (radar) with 690 prop hp. Assuming a square root relationship between speed an hp, 950 crank hp should yield, oh, 122.06 mph. It would probably be better than that since a BatBoat is somewhat of an aerodynamic device, like a cat...

You've got the helmet and vest - YOU drive it. :D

I am gonna go out on a limb here.I want to set it straight I dont agree with docoke's replys[formally activatorsfly].But if i was held down to it i would have to back up that his boat does run what he claims[sorry pantera1].The only reason he cant post pics is that by being a jackass on this site,he is not allowed to post pics.

Oh yeah - Almost forgot about that little flight. That's the only time I've ever heard an engine have the time to come all the way back down to idle while still doing 80 mph. It did get awful quite for about three seconds there, didn't it? But Man!: What a n-i-c-e landing. Never lost a beat. Still hear about it from The Admiral, though...

This is the pic of my Activator[not docoke's].It sucks but is the only one i have right now.It is a 32 with 950hp and goes 115 on 3 different gps.
