'99 35 X originally came from Dick Simon Marine & was owned by a Rafael Reveles from Alta Loma Ca. up until Dec 03 (had whipple charged 500HP's) reason I ask - I recently purchased this boat & want to know any history of the motors - 340 hours showing - rebuild time?? or has this been done already?

340hours with whipples, I would go ahead and at the very least change the springs, lifters and leak down test.
