Ok, I know this thread has been done before and I thought it was one of the best on this site. So, since I finally downloaded pics from the Ventura races two weeks ago, I thought I would post them. these photo's are from two weeks ago at the apba Ventura race. Sea's were 6-8 as you can see :D It was a good day for spectatorship, and jumpin' waves later :drink:

Ventura's know to be big as you know :D They even reversed the course to not have the boats run directly into the swell :eek:

Great shots Tank. 6-8ft makes for some good racing.
It looks like you guys were in the same spot for the race as when you took the shot of Ettore.
I missed going out there again this year, maybe next year.

Hey Pat, long time no talk. We were in a different area for the pics this year due to them changing the course to the opposite direction. There weren't many boats running (easy points for those who showed :D ). We missed seeing you guys there. Got a message from Scott last week, said he was in Fl. racing. The pic of the Ettore boat that Kelly took is one of my favorites. Of course it makes me think of the stuff the next week when I look at it. :eek: Talk to ya later bro.
