does anyone own a 34' hustler

I think this would be a good boat for me, one thing that concerns me is that it only has twin 70 gal gas tanks, have any of you found this to be an inconveniance.

This really gets personal. All depends on power, how you're going to use it and gas availability (if you need 93 octane). I've got a Slingshot with a 200 gal tank. Every time I fill it, I double check the trim and tabs for the next hour because it takes the performance edge off (even with 800SC's). With stock power, a 344 with 140 gal capacity should work well between stops (read bars?).My only suggestion if you're thinking a new boat, is that new 344's are pricey. You could get a a nice, used Slingshot that would run better in the ocean for the price of a 344. As i said, this gets personal. You gotta buy what YOU want. Let us know how you make out. By the way, I saw your current boat docked last year at Fisherman's Wharf in Alexandria Bay for the 1000 Islands Poker Run.

With all due, th3 cheetah run's better then the slingshot. I've rigged and ran both, and the 34 is an animal. As far as the fuel, not to worry, unless you do major long term escapades. As a matter of fact, one of my customer's is selling his 34. Give me a call, 516-799-6029. ty, bo

The 344 was the most interesting boat to me at the Miami show.
