Default What is it? ...Identify this boat

I'm fairly good at identifying the different offshore boats out there but this one has me stumped.

The mystery boat's name is "Hocus Pocus" and I've seen it here in Holland, MI for at least the past 15 years. I don't recall ever seeing one like it so it is somewhat rare, at least in this area. It is a deep vee that approximately 32-35 feet long with twin engines and it seems to have a hint of a fountainesque beak on the front. So, what is it? Thanks for helping me figure my mystery out. Sorry about the crappy quality of the photo.
