I hope the winter to be a good one. Doesn't Chuck ride as well?

Yes he does. He has a place in Old Forge and we have spoke about doing some overnight runs up that way. My buddy just built a home in Placid on Farmer Brown Road (I believe is name) essentially at the base of the Ski Jumps and across from the horse arena. When I was attending Clarkson we ran Cranberry and Star Lakes and I have been to Charlies maybe half a dozen times at most. I have heard about the loops you are referring to bu do not know the trails very well nor are they marked that well. Maybe this winter I can tag along behind you guys to get a little familiar with them. I have heard they are GREAT!

Shane, sorry I haven't had a chance to call. Try me on the cell over the weekend.

Hope you're feeling better.

Charlies is for sale. A bunch of guys should buy it and make it a snowmobiling haven. I will take you on some of the trails. They are very scenic as well.
