Congrats on selling your boat. I've had absolutly no (valid) interest in mine. That really sucks. Remember, it's very easy to create a bogus cashiers check. All you need is for the money to be present when the check is issued. Trasfer the funds afterwards, and the check will bounce like a rubber ball. Sadly, it will be cash in hand or the check will clear before the title and boat are transfered. That'll proably cause some issues with their bank, but that's way it'll be.

Well, I got the check today. It's not signed. Just has a printed signature. The check looks real enough, but there is no watermark. They are despiratly trying to get me to wire them the difference back. Yea, right. I'll get right on that. :rolleyes:
