I don't believe so, but as with most things in life, everything has it's price. He's only owned it for 2 years. I believe he bought it from the feds after it was impounded for many years.

2 years ago I thinck he bought from Loren Libel out of Canada who had purchased it from the guy that bought at the Fed sale. It was in south america and had been derigged and Loren had it restored.Thats what O was told by a freind of his in canada. Steve
