when i think of average i think of a 10 year old sea ray and lame would be a 15 year old bayliner. in this comminty it think average is preety sweet... would my 79 35ft cig mistress be average among you bad arses. i think its kinda run o the mill compared to the new hardware but... it has a beautiful teak interior including the headliner and sole that i think is classy and you dont see craftmanship like thsi on any thing new except large yatchs. shes goona better than average tho when i install 1000hp blower motors in her hull i just hope the ssm#3a's and 10 plate trannys hold together with that much tq & hp. cheers, ratman

that is a sweet old boat rat...my dad used to have one.... if anyone sees this one around write me, I'd like to know where it went.

and ExcalHawk40.... I'm still around. The boat is my stepdad's now and he is out almost every weekend. I was in an accident and won't be boating for a while... you can usually catch me onshore taking pictures of pokerruns and the such.

First I gotta say that there are many beautiful so-called "average" boats in this thread. Hats off to all. Everyone's opinion of average is subjective, but it's the pleasure we gain from enjoying and maintaining our boats that really counts.

We have a few average boats and a couple waverunners that help make time with family & friends that much more enjoyable in the NJ summer. Hope you enjoy the pics...
