I'm interested in this also. Including costs. And effect on extended warranties.

I don't think you will find anyone on here that has done one yet but if you wait a few more months I will be able to fill you in. I am going to have the full kit, short of a piston change, done in December. I hope it works problem free as I will be taking it all the way to south Florida for its first run in January. I have a lot of faith in the kit and even more in my installer.

Boatfreak - I'm also doing a complete kit. I've chosen the 106 version and the cam lift requires deeper valve reliefs in the pistons. Therefore, I'm also upgrading with the Mahle forged pistons and H-beam rods. I've received the pistons and rods. The Bassett tri-Y headers were shipped Tuesday. The rest of the kit is supposed to be shipped shortly. Some of my parts were on display at the SEMA show. Modern Marine in Schoolcraft, MI is handling my engine upgrade, and will have my engine on display this winter in their showroom. They also plan to include it in their display at the Chicago and Detroit boat shows. We're adding the black powdercoated valve covers and ignition coil relocation hardware. I'm looking forward to the dyno tests - I'm expecting them to look as good as the new engine!
