in a hobby that can cost so much money to be involved in, it's amazing that this ass is stringing out a guy for 400 bucks...

If you get a survey and the results aren't what you wanted to see, the surveyor still spent his time to do the survey and should be paid the entire amount, that's why you get a survey in the first place!!! Lord knows that I've spent some money on surveys
