in a hobby that can cost so much money to be involved in, it's amazing that this ass is stringing out a guy for 400 bucks... the next time somebody hauls his cig it needs to get "rerouted" untill this debt is paid...

Now why would he offer to make an agreement and threaten "legal action" at same time???

With all that's happening... he's on the short route to the black list.

I said he IMPLIED that he spoke to an attorney about this thread. Then later in the conversation he asked me if I'd delete this thread if he overnighted a check for $200.
At first I agreed, but I thought about it, called him back and told him I'd return his check if he already sent it. (He had not). I did this survey back in June.

That's what I'd like to hear as well, I haven't commented on this thread because I've been waiting to hear his side of it. Obviously he isn't going to post anything although he has been on the board and is aware of the thread so we all are forced to assume that he's a deadbeat

If you get a survey and the results aren't what you wanted to see, the surveyor still spent his time to do the survey and should be paid the entire amount, that's why you get a survey in the first place!!! Lord knows that I've spent some money on surveys (Three last year...all paid in full)
