There go those digs again.

I've never been in jail. The whole time I was refering to the accusations you made. Dan is the only one man enough not to respond to all of this nonsense from day one. He is a man trying to survive and save his company. If any of this crap was true the doors would have shut a long time ago.

National Marine??

Unless he was using stall-tactics (see above) - This appears to be an extreme case of DENIAL!

For the record:

It is true we purchased a complete set of fiberglass parts of Dan's 38 to use as the foundation to build our upcoming F4 (43'4") model. Aside from all the issues being stated here, we found Dan to be standup and sincere in working with us. He went beyond what we expected in working with him and delivered on everything.

JC,

Dan did not sell us his 38 molds, only a set of fiberglass parts. It was something that gave us what we were looking for and something that Dan was looking for, it worked well for us both.

Obviously he was LOOKING FOR MONEY and was forced to be sincere and do the right thing - probably first time in his life that he ever followed through with an agreement on time!
