i would suggest a 33 formula ss... have one as my second boat and it is awsome for the $$$(169k 2004), best of both worlds!!!! great financing packages also!!!

There is a 77', I think, vintage Houseboat down here for sale complete with deck on top and porches on both ends.
Not sure of the top speed though or rough water handling.
I also believe that the big honkin bright orange extension cord that feeds the window AC unit goes with the purchase price.

I Have AC on my Sonic!!!! We can put tin anything you buy....good luck with the hunt. I'd stick with a boat you can trailer without a wide load permit.
