My Mom was in a Miami Vice episode, they shot a scene in her hair salon.
The one where the violent home invasion roberies were all tied back to the valet parking at the hair salon...

That is not Gov. cut. There is no area in the cut that has that many tree's. That looks more like ocean looking in toward 79 st. area or further south around Matheson Hammocks.

I saw some pictures of a few 36' Apache's that are being used in the movie. I think they were being used in a chase scene.

No sir, those were two 40' Mirage's that were set up with four 250 mercs each, done in grey with an apache like race fairing that Mann just had to have added to the boats. I know, I built them for the movie. They were used for a chase scene and then were blown up while they were behind the "bad" guys warehouse.

I haven't read this whole thread but they ended up using a couple of donzi's and two MTI cats for the good guys and my boats for the bad guys. I watched the filming where they blew up the boats and the only conclusion I can come up with is that Colin Farell (who sports a final season crocket long hair do) SUCKS!

Those were two boats that were used for a nite vision chase from a helicopter scene. Those were private boats that had grey vinyl applied to them to cover the paint schemes. As far as I know they will barely be visible in the movie.

They will be wraping up filming in the Dominican Republic next week at which time they will be back to film the closing scenes in the Keys. The boats that I built for them are sitting at the old Bojean's yard down in miami (the marina was used in the film as the bad guys HQ), theyre both for sale cheap!
