He WON'T Be Moving In, Parole Denied!!! (OT)
 

Well my brother Bo called today and had good news. The Kansas Parole Board had just called and informed him that Donald Wacker had been denied parole for another 5 years. As you may remember I had a topic on here entitled "He could move in next door to you". Donald Wacker was convicted in the kidnaping, rape, and murder of my Nine Year Old Neice Nancy in the summer of 1990. My family and I would like to Thank each and every person who signed petitions, sent letters of encouragement, some of which had their own stories while others wondered how we could deal with this over and over, and especially to a very nice lady, Donna aka Mrs Patri Yacht. People ask how we deal with Nanners heinous death and revisit it everytime one of them come up for parole. It's alot easier getting support from both the local and not so local communities and things like the nearly 30,000 signatures on petitions protesting the possible parole of a monster like this. While we donot yet have a exact figure due to the fact we don't have access to petitions sent direclty to the state we do know we had over 26,000 WE carried into the parole hearing ourselves and it is reportedly close to 30,000 signatures total FOURTEEN YEARS AFTER THE FACT. Things like that are what make it easier knowing family, friends, and strangers alike are backing us up.

I hope the other inmates are treating as he deserves. Even hardened criminals in prison hate the bastar** that mess with kids.

May he paid back 1000 times over for what he has done.

I know from the time he was arrested, (actually met the actual jailer that processed him and he is now part of our lake crowd), to the times I was standing on the other side of the door to the holding cell during court breaks during the trial to more recently he has gotten a small portion of his "due" and has shed some blood in the process. And none of it I might add was from a bloody nose or lip.....
Thanks for all your thoughts and yeh everything you've said has crossed my mind daily at times. But if I/We drop ourselves to his level we are no better than him and Nanner would not be proud of that as I hope she is for keeping her memory alive "legally".

Don..... Don't think I could keep such a cool composure as you do seeing all that you and your family has been through. God's gonna have a special place for people like you. So sad, such a terrible tradgedy. God bless you and your family.

Thanks to all of the OSO Family from myself, my family, and I'm sure especially from Nancy for your support. As much as I hate asking, you can bet your sweet butts I'll be back in 5 years with petitions hitting you guys and ladies up again. I can only sign once but with good peole like you we will continue to send our message Loud, Strong, and Clear.
Nanner would have been 24 Years Old Today, December 3rd. I'm sure with her all A's through private school and her last year in public school as well she would be out or nearly out of college and headed for a very bright future as well as starting a family as much as she Loved kids and taking care of people.
