as per bankerfriend i posted this earlier as it makes no sense they should hung out as they didnt do their due diligence in ref to title search.. this is why i believe the bankis in on scam,, SUE the banks for all monies lost+ fees etc as they didnt perform thier duties as a lending institution,...
wouldnt it be better if all that got hosed got together and to save on cost and have a team of attorneys?

Who in their right mind would deal with that scumbag?

The good news is that by Sunday the guy he was trying to parter with kicked his ass to the curb.
i cant beleive no one KICKED HIS AZZ,,, he actually showed his face around the high perf boating comunity?

Bankerfriend, Thank you, we ARE working on it.

Jonas, Bill himself was not at the show. A few of his old "friends" were. Some other S.fla victims were scouring the show looking to have a little "chat" with him.

I was wondering when you where going to tell your story.. Having personally ridden in and driven this boat I can tell you it was a NICE ride! It is a shame that this has to happen time and time again to people, let alone twice to one person. I said it ta ya personally, and again... I hate to hear this and I hope all works out for ya in the end.

I did not mean that the way it may have sounded. My point was only even if he is able to get away from the bank issue he has still lost a substantial amount on the down payment.
