Yes, Abbey's "little sister" named Ocean arrived two weeks ago. I had very mixed emotions about doing this so soon ... I miss my girl dearly. But the house seems so big and empty without her and I could not stand the thought of a long dreary winter without the companionship they provide. I just happened to find the right breeder and puppy. Hopefully we can get through training soon and be ready to go boating in the spring. Perhaps we will get to meet you at a LEOPA event.

Hope all is well with you and "Gator". Abbey survived more than two and a half years after extensive surgery to remove a sarcoma from her small intestine that had caused an obstruction. Every day after that was a gift I will always cherish.
