Help- I need to find some Mooring Whips!
My Father-in Law got a new Pontoon Boat this fall and wants some Mooring Whips for Christmas to put on his bulkhead at the beach house. I looked at the Boat US catalog and the range is from $200 to $525 for 4 different kinds (sizes?). Of course the $525 ones say that they are for Pontoon boats and I really don't want to spend that much money if I don't have to. Common sense tells me that Pontoon boats don't weigh chit and any of the models would work. The boat sits in a protected canal.
I've always been a trailer using boater and have no idea what I need. Does anyone have any useful info :D :D or experience/advice to share on this? Help a brother out!! Craig |

I have a pair that I bought for $500 a few years ago and have been in my garage since I bought the lift. PM your number and we can figure it out.
