Need a quick computer fix please
 

I have some now put my task bar on the right side of my screen. It has always been on the bottom but got moved. I have XP pro for a operating system. How do I sap it back?

click and drag to where you want it

Jon, should be just clicking on ht task bar, holding the click down, and draggin it back to hte bottom of the screen

NT is like this and so has all the other version I have used

Thanks guys. I tried that before but for some odd reason it did not work. MUCH BETTER NOW :D:D It was driving me nuts because with the programming software that I run I need to have the screen as wide as possible.

Jon,

If you Right Click the Taskbar you can click "Lock the Taskbar". It keeps you from doing what you did (by accident).

OK now that Jons prob is fixed im gonna hyjack this thread with my own. :D my computer will only save pics off the net as bitmaps. i right click hit "save pic as" the save window pops up and the pic will always be file named "untitled" and will only give me save as type "bitmap, bmp". the drop down dosent offer jpeg or anything else even when i know it is a jpeg. i have XP and my system is an HP pavillion and about 3 months old. any ideas :confused:
