Shooters was good, not great. Crowded with bikers after the Toy Run was over.

Hot Bod contest only had 5 girls.

That bar across from Shooters was the infamous "AssMan's" that OSO Steve invited us all too last yr. Could be bought/leased cheap but I don't advise it. Not big enough, no pool, no parking. Death by themselves, then add small kitchen, crappy layout etc.

Much better locations to be had, just takes patience.
