Hello everyone

I saw this site while watching TV today and I thought I'd drop in and see what's going on. I'm a photographer that shoots a wide variety of subjects and back in the early '90s I shot a lot of offshore powerboat racing and for a few years I hit almost every race in Florida. I have a lot of pictures and video that I'm sure would bring back some memories for a few folks here so I thought I'd drop a link to my site where you can check them out. What you see is all I have up for now but I hope to add more in the future.

This looks like a great site so I'm going check it out some more and bring myself up to speed.

Thanks everyone!

I've been around enough offshore powerboats to know that this will be a fun place. Here is a shot taken from the Cocoa Beach pier during an OPT race.I'll try to post some pics when I can. :D

Anyone else getting bombarded by Trojan virus when on the guys site? My Norton is freaking out looking at the pictures...

I have several DVD projects that I'm working on right now and then I might be able to finish the offshore powerboat one. Maybe by the end of January. It's nice to know that there would be an interest in it. Most of the feedback I get from my site is from the other stuff. I really liked photographing the offshore powerboats and I have to say that one of the coolest things I've ever done is hang out a helecopter and shoot you guys and your mind blowing boats :drink:

Here is a picture I took from the beach during a Miami race. I would later get to ride in the same helecopter and shoot the WC in Key West. It is an awesome vantage point. I tried to hang out like the guy in my pic but at 120 mph + the wind buffets so hard that it's not worth it :D

WOW that's the first I've heard about a virus problem. Please let me know if anyone else is experiencing this so I can correct it :eek:

BTW I'm on a Mac and we don't get to many viruses

It's coming in through a Java script. I have script blocking turned on, so it blocked access to my PC. Here's what Norton is reporting:
