I had a chrome front bumper made for my TopKick that had no holes, steps, or light cutouts in it from a place in Texas. It was something brothers that handled medium and heavy truck acessories and they were great to deal with. I'll try to dog out the invoice and get you the contact info. Most pickup shops I found didn't deal in medium duty, had to go to a "real" truck place.
Didn't we have a OSO'r that is about finished building a Big New truck accesory place in Arkansas? Can't remember who he is though.

you might try www.truckn.com, They are the same as AIM industries and they claim to make a billet grill for any housing if they have some specs to go off of with. The rest of their stuff is fair, but I have ordered some hoods and chrome bumpers from them with no trouble.
