OT-Anybody have any connections in the music/CD business?
I have access to a "talent" that has to be seen to be believed. Self taught guitarist, been playing for thirty years, and THE BEST I've ever seen and I've seen ALL the great guitar talents. Writes, produces, plays all the instruments, and of course sings, on three CD's.
If anyone has any contacts anywhere, I'd appreciate it. Thanks. Russ

Wonder how many NAMM shows we've passed each other at Mike??
I used to be in the business on the production side. My first question was, is your brother more of a writer, or more of a performer? I know lots of guys that have done ok doing commercial work without leaving their hometown. You'd be amazed how much commercial (ie: music beds, on hold messaging, music for corporate videos) work is done in people's basement and sent out on ISDN. But if he wants to perform, Mike's right.... he's gonna have to leave Sarasota.
Also curious if he has a specific style or genre?
