To say the least we have been pretty blown away by the tremendous response we have gotten since we started shipping our DVD's. We thank everyone who has ordered and also to those customers who answered our customer questionaire that we sent out a few weeks ago. We have had our share of success and also our share of growing pains.

With that said, we are going to do the following:

1) CHRISTMAS SPECIAL! - anyone who places an order by 5pm EST Tuesday December 21st, we will ship your order UPS RED LABEL OVERNIGHT at no additional charge for arrival Wednesday December 22nd. www.big-seas.com

2) Shipping - from the start we were using the US Postal Service. As Donald Trump Says THEY ARE FIRED! We had reports that it took over 2 weeks to get the orders when they were shipped Priority Mail. ALL of our orders that have shipped this past week and forward will be shipped UPS with tracking numbers on all orders.

3) Ordering - we have changed our electronic order form to now send an email confirmation of yoru order so that you know it has been received and that will prevent double orders.

4) Customer Survey - 99% of all of our customers that responded LOVED the Apache and Cat Conquer DVD's! There was a consensus that the Apache tape was a little pricey. So with that said, we are going to ship everyone who purchased our Apache DVD, our next DVD ABSOLUTELY FREE! (this will be ready to ship early Jan 05)

Our next DVD will be a double DVD with over 2 hours of footage. The DVD will contain the 1984 KEY WEST WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP and the 1992 SPACE COAST OFFSHORE CHALLENGE COCOA BEACH FL. At the same time, we are also going to reduce the price of our Apache DVD to $49.95.
