Thumbs up Thank you Black Thunder, what a mess!

I was one of the unfortunate to get caught up in the NM mess. I traded a 2002 Donzi 39 ZSC for a 2002 46 Black Thunder. Of course the Black Thunder was never paid off from the original owner and either was my trade. When all the NM fiasco came to a head the Black Thunder was at the factory getting some minor work done. Everything was up in the air at this point. I didn't know if I was going to be able to keep the boat or what was going to happen to my trade. It was great for Black Thunder to help me through all this even though I was never their original customer. They have been more then patient helping out with storing, fixing and even transportation before any of us knew what the out come would be. I have had numerous boats and it's hard to get a dealer or manufacturer to back their own product even when your the original owner. Let alone a 3 year old boat you didn't even purchase from them. However Black Thunder was more concerned with making the boat right regardless. It seems the original owner will be getting possession of the Black Thunder which is the right thing. It wasn't easy but I now have possession of the Donzi in which I can sell or trade. Thankfully the Donzi's in good shape and was never sold to another party plus I kept my documentation. Basically I just wanted to let the OSO members know Black Thunder particularly Dennis, helped me through a scary & terrible situation with class!

Bob Jenkins and crew, I cannot say enough great things about them. They are a great bunch of people.

Hopefully the original and now current owner of that Black Thunder will work with you to get you back in that boat....Good Luck.

That is great to hear especially since we are the second owners of a Black Thunder. We love our's and hopefully you will be able to rework the deal. Unfortunately there are not a ton of previously owned BT's to choose from. Not to many other OS brands have the cabin and head room so if that is the style of boat you're after good luck.
