dcrighton,
I remember seeing pics of a new 32' Stock class boat someone posted on this site. Looked like the were changes in supports on the canopy? Anyway you could post some pics of that boat. I think it was going to be the Loan Shark Race Teams Boat for this season. |
Re: Spy pics of the new Doug Wright 38
what software are they using?
Is the CNC machine in-house? and how much is done by CNC... the whole hull and deck? or just parts? Ernie |
Re: Spy pics of the new Doug Wright 38
All the CNC in done in house , the entire boat is cad design and cut.

The canopy supports on this boat were at the request of the customer and was hull #3 which is the first inboard boat and the first boat with the new dash and liner. I found these pictures in my files. I don't have the time to visit Melbourne on a regular basis so Doug keeps me updated with pictures between visits. This was actually my hull until I got carried away with the power and upgraded to the 38- it happens to the best of us- you start out with 525s and somehow u end up with 900hp blower motors.

Re: Spy pics of the new Doug Wright 38
Do they have their own oven for post curing or do they have someone else baking the hulls?
|
Re: Spy pics of the new Doug Wright 38
Does anyone know the prices for the 32 and the 38? Say 525's and arnesons???
