Re: PS2 vs X-Box
I currently have a Gamecube and a Playstation 2.
Im a big fan of both of those systems. I'll be buying an X-Box real soon. Havent played them much, but I dont care for the "stock" controllers. I think PS2 has the biggest library of games by far. I have at least 70 or so........ |
Re: PS2 vs X-Box

Re: PS2 vs X-Box
what are you doing with the computer infront of you???
I personally don't like video games, but over the holiday a few freinds and my wife and I have been playing LAN games against eachother. My wife is playing Medal of honor right now. Ernie |

Re: PS2 vs X-Box
I have A xbox and it is cloned, it can hold up to 60 games and the hard disc can be used as storage for data files as well.
The harddisc is now 120gigabyte. I download free games from a fileshare program called dc++ You can not clone the playstation 2. |
Re: PS2 vs X-Box
OK, here's my opinion: video games are a waste of time and money. Can't stand the damn things.... you should hear my girlfriends 13 year old son argue with her about turning the damn thing off to go to bed, eat dinner, whatever. Disrespectful and ungrateful. If he were my kid I'd tan his azz for talking to me that way. If it were my choice, it would not be in the friggen house. There are much better things to do than play video games. He needed to read ONE book over the break and have a book report ready on Monday. He didn't read a book and doesn't have the assignment done. But he got really good at his new games.
There, I'm done. |

Re: PS2 vs X-Box
I've got an xbox hooked to my HDTV and connected to my audio system via Fiber out. Its awsome....
I also just got the kids gamecube and its perfect for them; controllers easier to handle. The xbox is great for simulator type games, where the cube is set up more for arcade based games. |
Re: PS2 vs X-Box
Nieces brought over a PS2 for Christmas to play. We were playing a game and when they shut it off and turned it back on we had to start all over from the begining and lost what we had gained (points, ect.).
I guess there is some kind of card you have to buy extra to return to the same place on the game when the unit is turned off. I'm sure someone can elaborate more on this. Cordell |
