Magnum resto part 3

3 Attachment(s)
Well the gel-coat work is finished and this Friday the boat will be going to Jacksonville for a custom interior. This boat started out as a sport and I removed the bad deck and added this 2003 starfire deck and then gel-coated the hole boat. It has been converted to a single big block. This boat will be racing in p class this year under the Pirate Racing team. It has taken me two long years to get this boat in the condition that it is in so tell me what you think thus far.

Thanks guys, it's been a labor of love!!

Looks wild ! !

I understand well the labour of love bit .... Yesterday I put the deck back on my Donzi permanently. It's taken 3 years to do the underneath/inside structurally + new transom/re-core the floor liner and upgrade the deck.
Would love to see some 'work in progress' shots .

Now go out there and kick some a$$ !

Magnum,
I got a call from Don yesterday telling me that you were coming down. I think you will enjoy working with him. A no BS kind of guy. And the job will actually get done on time. He has never let me down, and always gets excited about the Jacksonville FireFighter's run. The boat looks great also. I'll try to get up to Chattanooga this summer for the race.

Re: Magnum resto part 3

Thanks Robert for giving me his info. He seems to be real excited about working on it and that is EXACTLY the type of person I want. I owe you one pal. Hope to meet up with you this summer and I hope you and a bunch of other Lanier boaters can make it up here for the races. Anyway thanks for the help. I don't know what i would do without OSO.
