New list would have to include troutly and Big Scummy, er i mean Scotty and Fred Cecil for starters. I think its probably going to require a "TOP 20 " title now though :( 5 is no where near enough.

How about the guy who is selling the activators as new but they are stollen race boats. They get paid by the insurance company then revin them. They have to be on this list.
