As far as 38's, that was one of the nicest. A lot of details and features went into it.
24 degree deadrise with twin steps and pad bottom handles big water and ran in the mid 80's. Haven't seen it in a while but it looked great last time I did.

This one has been listed for a long time. It has (I beleive) three stand-up bolsters as a rear bench. This might be the reason for a slow sale. The cabin room and layout is very nice on this boat, but the cockpit is a bit tight for me. Cabin has about 6' headroom and a nice head. I understand that the hull began as a 35 Cafe, but can not confirm 100% (rumor I heard). Nortech added steps and a swim platform.
