'Tis a shame to see such a nice Cig looking like caca on the wrong trailer.

There weren't that many performance boats. Two cig a 30 vice and the 39 topgun which in my mind was the nices boat at the show. Talked to Bud from Cigarette for about an hour. A couple fountains, bajas, powerquests. We had a great time, partying with some of our OSO friend.

Ditto Skramer. Disappointed in the fact there were very few performance boats at the show. The Fountains weren't much to look at either and of course they wouldn't let you board the boats. It wasn't until after we asked why we couldn't board the Cigs/Fountains (we were told they didn't want footprints everywhere -- WTF??) and we replied then why bring the boats to a show, that they'll finally allowed us to board the Cig and take a look at it. Very sweeeeeet boat! It was very difficult to see when you couldn't board as they had one walkway and it was from the back of the boats.

Thank goodness the Roundhouse didn't let us down!!!! It was a great day with our OSO friends.

Thrillseeker, really nice to meet and talk with you. Just Once, great to see you again and we'll definately hook up at the Islands this summer!

I don't suppose there are any more pics of that tilt trailer. I'm really wanting to make one if anyone has any other pics to help in the design.

We stopped by the Roundhouse twice and both times it was almost dead inside and the smoke was so thick you could barely see the bar from the doorway. The show didn't have much that was of interest but it was a good road trip and led to a helluva hangover.

Glad you had a good trip/weekend. Not sure when you were at the Roundhouse, but around 5PM that place was so packed you could barely gfind a seat.

Did you stay in town or head back after the show?

Re: Cleveland Boat Show Pics....

I planned on being there, Hell rastinger, I've still got your # in my wallet. I had some $hit going on at work and really needed to stay home for the weekend. I didn't feel so bad ( and would have put up a bigger fight), if I knew Cig was gonna be there. I really wanted to see the Vice. The Website for the show (which "supposedly" updated weekly) didn't say anything about Cig showing. And everything else showing ( that was listed), not many changes, so it wasn't worth the hassle and what I needed to get done at work.
Any comments on the Vice?

Hopefully meet up with everyone at the next party/show. Any word on what's going to be in Detroit? It's about the same run for me, maybe if it's worth it I'll make it up there. Isn't Detroit around Feb 10,11,12? Something like that??

Sorry you didn't make it buoyhunter. Wondered what happened to you. We saw the Vice but it didn't over shadow the 39 by any means. Here are some other pics of the Cig plus a few trailers shots 42MTI. Unfortunately the reflectors on the trailer reflect the flash back.
We're off to Vegas in a few hours....catch up with everyone next week!

We went out downtown somewhere and had eats and lots more drinks, then checked into the hotel and had more drinks. Then the rest of my crew went out on the town until 5am while I had a nice, long, drunken nap.

Re: Cleveland Boat Show Pics....

That T/G is a beautiful boat, I love the paint on it - but it's a little too flashy for what I would own myself. It looks like it was immaculately done though.
I might be able to do a paint scheme like that on the exterior, but the interior I definetly want less color, too much going on with the dash for me. I'm still old school for the most part.
I was asking about the Vice because that's something I can dream of owning, I think my current income, savings plan, expected lifespan, and the $$$ for a T/G don't all add up in the same equation....
