Syracuse Boat show

Who's going to the show in Syracuse? I doubt there will be much performance there, but at least they're boats. I need to pick up some life jackets for the kids there. Lisa and I will be there Thursday night. Anyone else?

We went to the Rochester Boat Show on Sunday. Not sure if the Syracuse show will be exactly the same (you have Congel there don't you?) but as far as performance boats to see, one Fountain.

Lots of stuff to see though.

Hi ...If any of you go to the Syracuse Show please post or PM me the detail. I have tossed around 3 years running to DO or NOT DO that boat show. We are a HI PERF dealer on Long Island and many of our Upstate clients have prodded me to do the show. Also if someone could possibly snatch me a show program and mail it to us that would be awesome....I will gladly pay the postage BTW.

Thanks

OK I will. I would like to see another performance dealer come. Its a decent show that fills 3 buildings. There usedd to be a decent amount of performance boats, but a lot of dealers went under the last few years, or lines have been dropped.

BonnieOutlaw, I have never been to the Rochester show, but as I understand it the Syracuse one is bigger.

Two floors at Riverside Convention Center vs. three buildings....I think you're right. ;)

Thanks....keep me posted....almost went this year but was unable to find out the promoter to get info and pricing....chances are you will see us up there at the next show. We are the East Coast dealer for FORCE OFFSHORE, NORDIC POWERBOATS, ULTRA CUSTOM BOATS, VELOCITY POWERBOATS and a few more.

Thank you in advance for the info.

Re: Syracuse Boat show

E mail me your address LIOPA and I will send you the program. I went last night. There is less performance there every year. 1 292 formula, and a bunch of Baja's. Not 1 single blue motor. The only boat that interested us was the little 21' baja for Quote: "The girls boat". When we just want to bomb around the bay, which my Sonic is a little overkill for.

You would pretty much have the market cornered LIOPA. I would love to see some NORDICs and ULTRAs. Its a lot more fun to go to a show and have a boat or 2 that I would consider buying.
