We have had the best luck with the Dell laptops. Most of my clients use them with no problems. The only issue we had was a few bad pixels that were in the middle of the screen. Dell had a new one to us the next day.

It is worth every penny. TRUST ME! No problems, no BS, I absolutely love mine and I have never had to call their tech support. Mine doesn't have the flag paint but rather a silver automotive finish, and a screen that is as clear and sharp as my Hi-Def TV

I noticed on all the returned Dell's that they had Inspiron processors. The only one to buy is Intel processor. That's why all those were returned--they are junk!!!
