Older , clean Formulas still command top prices , especially when compared to the NEW price. The ones that suffer the most are the couple year old ones. Because of Formulas fantastic finance offers on new ones , buying a 2 or 3 year old one can cost just as much per month.
I have a clean 1989 272 which is comparable to a new 292 since they now include the swim platform in the length. I've had mine for 5 years now and can still get almost what I paid for it

scarab !!!...and by the way this one may be for sale...i wanna find a 33 or a 38...first scarab i ever owned and definately will not be the last. i did the same thing when i bought this. rode in and drove multiple 28-30's. i wanted twins because i spend some time in the ocean and didnt wanna get caught out there. when i found and drove this boat that was it. it ran and handled nicer than the 29 donzi i was in and they all ran the same kind of speed...70mph

I got the perfect boat for you.........1994 FORMULA 303 SR-1
Cleanest one you'll likely find. It's in the classified section.
$62,900.

First let me say i love berns boat. I am trying to do some research just incase by some chance some super deal pops up. I am looking for one that someone has either blown the motors or they need work but has a good hull. I am a mechanic an can do all my own mechanic work. now for you all to laugh right now i own a lil 20 ft stingray. I just would like something in the 29 ft range that has twins. I want something with a full cabin. But i also want it to be safe with much added hp. Bigest thing it has to be with red black and grey or white. no aqua green.
