Anyone have a condo for rent at LOTO?
 

Hello,

Was wondering if anyone has a condo at LOTO that they rent out? We're not big partiers and are very responsible if that matters and are looking for a 2-3 bedroom for a long weekend in July. Griff, I was thinking maybe if someone had one I could help put some $$ in their pocket instead of the management company. Not sure how much actually goes to the condo-owner in those scenarios.

Dave, you might try getting ahold of MissAmy or Lutzparty (Kevin and Amy Lutz) here on OSO. They have a very nice place and might consider renting it to you.

Here Dave try this guy. I rent from him. He is a great guy and has a really nice condo at the Ledges. also a 30' slip. Lower level and the deck has access right to the dock.

VRBO is Vacation Rentals By Owner. No management co in most cases. Some are owned by agents though. I rented one on vrbo a couple summers ago. No mangement co means no taxes on your rental. The tax for rentals at LOTO is around 10%.
