X-14 will clean it up, but be careful, as it bleaches out some dyes and can cause some stitching to rot. It is very strong, so I suggest try it in a place where nobody can see first.
Down here we use this chemical "Damp-Rid". You can get it at most supermarkets. Try to store cabin with fresh air able to get in.
Good Luck.

Our climate here is a nightmare for mildew/mould problems.
Here is the trick I use to keep it down before it becomes a problem ... Boat has a non breathable cover on year round..
1) Leave deck hatch cracked open about an inch for air movement in (small) fwd cabin.
2) place a plastic container (like a used cool whip tub) containing dry chlorine crystalls on floor of cabin. (Chlorine crystalls as in pool maintanance supplies )
When the dampness/humidity levels rise in the cabin the crystalls release a mild chlorine gas that kills mildew spores and helps keep the problem down very well in my experience.
When you go out for the day just put the lid on the container and store it somewhere.
Admittedly , cleaning the damn mould off is a PITA and this will not clean it off.. but it does keep it down .

Most marine stores have a few different mildew removers in spray bottles. Just be sure to wear a mask and have good venalation if you are in the cabin.....stuff is harsh.
To keep it away i use Rock Salt in open platic containers....a few in the cabin, few in cockpit, and a couple in engine comp. If you look at the ingredients of Damp Rid......It's rock salt. Much cheaper to buy the rock salt.

most of the time just cleaning the vinyls isn't going to help.. it will come back in a short period of time because it's in the foam and the backing of the vinyl itself..normally the best way to get rid of it is to take the seats apart and kill or replace it..because like ed said most of the cleaners will eat the stick.. it will look good for a month or so but after that you'll have to retreat it

The guy that comes up with a cleaner that works and won't damage the vinyl will be a rich man. All you chemist take note...
