Slip with lift Inner Harbor
 

I have a 40' slip with a 12,500 lb lift for rent or sale in Fells Point Md. Also a 40' slip with a house boat for sale in the same marina. A great set up, weekend on the house boat and store your boat on a lift.

Is the house boat for sale without the slip? I might be interested in just the boat, depending on the price. Who in their right mind would want to boat out of Baltimore all the time?

$39,500. The slip is 40' by 12' wide with finger piers on each side. The annual fees are $1,150.

Aw c'mon Jean. Look at all the "ice teas" you could make in that Gibson. Besides it would look good along the pier at Wild Duck.

It's really tempting. Docking would certainly be easier, no worrying about scratching the paint!
