Pintchers Crab Shack on the River in North Ft. Myers by the Ft. Myers bridge. Food by boat/dock... Can't beat it.

Thanks for the info., we're getting ready to sign up for the poker run. It will be our first event, also like to hit the one in Sarasota. I have the "Splash down to Miami" magazine and think it is very helpful, especially for us coming down for the first time here in southeast fl. Looking forward to more replies.

At the Lania KIA which is 500 feet south of the fishing Pier is the only place on the Gulf that i see boats ,don't see a whole lot of offshore boats though,just a few here and there.

I boat there all the time, and have a home there. to me a nice day of boating consist of heading up the gulf to captiva, hitting a few of the bars and eataries, then heading down to fort myers beach having a few drinks, then heading down town, maybe hit the lani kai, then rum runners on the way home.

I will be at the Cape for two weeks in April. I have access to a 24' Laguna and plan on doing some running around the gulf and river. I wish I could bring my Formula but it is just not feasible. Your idea of a good day of boating is right on. Now that I saw your rig I will keep my I open for your Hustler.

look for us, we will be keeping the boat at Moss in Fort Myers Beach starting on the first of march. looking forward to checking out the area.
