I was wondering would this be a good thread to promote all the poker runs coming up on Lake MI and Lake Erie this summer

Why do you think there aren't any on Lake Ontario?

O.K. Toronto but that's in the much mellower NW corner of the Lake.

Offshore is what it is off the shore! Lake pond or ocean.

Remember what we are all surrounded by.

I've been caught in some of nasty big stuff. Biggest was 30-40' off Montauk LI about 15 years ago. NOT FUN.

It works well in an overpowered 17' Whaler in the St. Lawrence...until greenwater comes over the bow. Then you wait til it flushes out the transom, check for whats broke, and do it again.

Why do we keep dragging this thread back up? We all agree, the Great Lakes are rougher than the oceans!!! There is no offshore boating like Great Lakes offshore boating!!!
